I am available as a project management consultant for clients. I have 7 years of experience working in project management and implementation with a strong proven track record of on time and on budget projects, managing complex Electronic Health Record implementations across multi-hospital systems across the United States. I am a big picture thinker, creative problem solver and innovator. I've created new processes and established sustainable frameworks that have changed the way a large company does business. Before branching into freelance work, I managed multiple direct reports at a previous company, focused on growing and developing their skills as well as helping them focus on job fulfillment and overall happiness. In my work as a project manager for healthcare implementations, I managed healthcare analyst teams of more than 10-15 analysts, ensuring that all deadlines were met and deliverables were of impeccable quality.

 

I was also directly engaged in executive communication and a key partner in strategic planning with C-suite leadership.

 

Perhaps most notably, I was in charge of Healthcare Interoperability implementation success across the entire company, managing and overseeing hundreds of domestic and international ongoing projects and project managers. I developed a plethora of methods and tools for implementation that improved the overall success of our projects and feature adoption, ultimately giving both providers and patients a better, more informed healthcare experience. I changed the way we implemented interoperability, inspiring the creation of a new Interoperability division and maximizing return on investment for all customers.
